Tow vehicle

We have picked up our truck in North Carolina, a Dodge Ram 3500 shortbed 4x4. We went from two vehicles down to this one and are glad we did. We really only need the one since we will be working together. We are still in Raleigh and will be leaving here this Friday to drive to Knoxville to pick up our fifth wheel. Today we went to our storage and got just the necessities for the 4 days we will be in the RV before we make it back here to NC to dig into the rest of our storage and load up our new home. Of course, the necessities include the coffee pot. Saturday and Sunday will be spent on the RVs-for-Less lot. We will do the PDI (pre-delivery inspection) and get familiar with how it all works. Then the dealer sends us, on their dime, to a campground in Pigeon Forge for 2 evenings. Sort of a shake-down trip. (Still close enough to the dealer to go back if needed.) We will then make our way back for the rest of our stuff, stay a couple nights in NC, then head to Fl to arrive right before Thanksgiving.
It is good coming back to Raleigh/Youngsville/Wake Forest and catching up with family and friends, even though it has only been about 5 wks since we moved. If we don't see you all on this trip, next one for sure!
