We are excited to say that we are coming home to St. Pete to
stay. After 6 years of being away, with 3 living in NC and 3 working in KOA campgrounds,
it is time. We have loved workamping.
Nothing negative to say and we have no regrets in going down this road for 3
years. The campground we are in now has
especially been great. Workamping was an
opportunity that was provided for us at the right time and we took it. We have lifetime friends and memories because of that
choice. But...
Two overriding and motivating reasons to be back are family
and ministry. We have missed both so
much. Dale has had several opportunities
to teach/preach here in New Mexico in a local church, which has been great, but
we know this isn't where we’re to continue.
We don’t know yet know how the road looks. We do know that we will temporarily stay with
my dad and that (after owning and selling 2 homes in Pinellas) we will look for
a home to rent. We moved to St. Pete in
’85 and left in 07. So we’re going to
“start again” after 22 years there.
We can’t wait to get back and see what God has planned! It’s
always faith, isn't it?
